From drawing to 3D modeling

Every VENIZI jewel begins with an idea. An inspiration.

This can come from a trend, a material, a light, a natural pattern, a skin color, a fabric texture.

Anything can become the starting point for a drawing.

Once the design is approved, it is handed over to our technical department.

Using 3D software, the ring is virtually modeled to check its balance and anticipate the exact position of the stones.

This step also allows us to define the thickness and weight of the metal to guarantee strength and comfort.

The digital file is then used to create a first prototype in resin or wax.

This prototype is meticulously observed, adjusted, corrected, until the perfect shape is achieved.

The melting of the metal

Once the prototype is approved, a mold is created for production.

The base metal (steel or brass, depending on the model) is melted, then poured into the mold at high temperature.

After cooling, the raw ring is removed from the mold, then pickled and polished.

It still bears traces of the molding, which will be erased by hand by our polishing artisans.

The setting of the stones

This is the most delicate step.

The locations of the stones were planned from the design stage.

Each stone — zirconium, zirconium oxide, or gemstone — is chosen for its brilliance and purity, then inserted one by one into its housing.

The setter folds tiny metal prongs to hold it securely without altering the harmony of the ring.

It's a precise job, often done with a magnifying glass.

Polishing and preparation for plating

Once the stones are set, the ring is polished several times by hand. The aim is to obtain a perfectly smooth surface, ready to receive the plating.

Any dust or micro-scratch could impair the adhesion of the veneer, which is why this phase is essential.

A three-step quality control

• Manufacturing inspection: Our partner workshops perform a complete initial inspection of each piece. The metals, platings, and finishes must meet our most demanding quality standards.
• Receiving check: a second check is carried out in our central office. Each piece of jewelry is individually inspected before being distributed throughout our network.
• In-store inspection: Finally, our in-store teams perform a final check before the jewelry is displayed in the window. The goal: to offer only perfect jewelry, with impeccable shine and durability.
