What are the delivery charges?

We offer the following different options depending on your preferences.

1/ PURCHASE UNDER €50

Standard delivery time 3 to 6 days without tracking €3.50

Express shipping with personalized tracking: €7.90

2/ PURCHASE over €50

Free (3 to 6 days without tracking)

Express shipping with personalized tracking: €3.50

3/ CLICK & COLLECT (only in Belgium and on products that are not on promotion)

Free regardless of the amount purchased

DELIVERY TIME: Regarding the delivery time, the customer is notified by email as soon as the order is placed.

  • If the product is in store: the delivery time is 24 hours
  • If, exceptionally, the product is not in store, the delivery time varies between 2 and 9 days.

4/ FRANCE and EUROPE Shipping only via express and with tracking

Below €90 Express + tracking €12.50

Over €90 Express + Free Tracking

As soon as your EXPRESS shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.
Postal delivery = no tracking, will arrive in your mailbox within 3 days

How can I track my order?

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

Yes, you have 30 days to return an unworn product, in its original packaging, and with the invoice or return slip (with name, email address, jewelry reference).

There are two possibilities for doing this:

  1. In store

    The best option is to return it to one of the 50 Venizi boutiques (see the list of boutiques) where you will receive personalized service and can choose another piece of jewelry that suits you better.
    If the new model is more expensive, only the difference will need to be paid.

  2. By mail

    You can send it at your own expense to the company's head office, which will send you a voucher of the same value to use either in-store or again on the website.
