One-month grace period

In addition to legal guarantees, we offer a one-month grace period after purchase, during which the customer can return to the store with their product, regardless of the problem encountered.

This commitment reflects our desire to offer a particularly flexible and satisfaction-oriented after-sales service.

Products under warranty

All our products benefit from legal guarantees, subject to normal use and adherence to maintenance instructions.

The warranties cover only defects in conformity and manufacturing flaws. Breakage is not covered.

Specific durations

  • 18kt gold plated: 10 years on the plating (5 years for rings)
  • Watches: 2 years on the movement, 1 year on the battery

Please always check that the battery is active before returning any item.

How to proceed in case of a problem

We highly recommend that you visit one of our 50 stores.

This solution allows for immediate and personalized processing, without shipping costs, and on-site resolution of the problem.

Please bring the product in question as well as the original invoice showing the date of purchase and the price paid.

After the product has been inspected, you will immediately receive the same new product. If the model is no longer available, you can choose an equivalent piece of jewelry from the shop.

Return by mail to headquarters (optional)

If you choose to return the item by mail to the company headquarters, please include the original invoice showing the purchase date and the price paid.

Products out of warranty – replacement at reasonable cost

If your VENIZI jewelry or watch is no longer covered by the warranty and has a defect, a suitable and reasonably priced solution will be offered.

Approach

Visit the VENIZI store of your choice. The head office only handles products still under warranty.

In most cases, it is more economical to replace the product with a new item than to repair it.

An estimate of the replacement value will be provided to you immediately on site.

Possible options

  • The same piece of jewelry or the same watch, but brand new.
  • A voucher of the same amount if the model is no longer available
  • A product of superior value simply by paying the difference

Maintenance tips

You have just acquired a piece of jewelry and wish to preserve its shine for as long as possible.

Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, 18 ct gold plating, and stainless steel. These materials require some care.

We recommend

  • Avoid all contact with water and moisture
  • Remove your jewelry before showering or swimming
  • Avoid contact with perfume and cosmetic products
  • Avoid corrosive and household products
  • Separate your jewelry to avoid friction.
  • Remove your jewelry before sleeping
  • Clean your jewelry regularly and gently with lukewarm water and a mild dish soap.

The more you take care of your jewelry, the longer you will enjoy it.
