You have 30 days to return an unworn product, in its original packaging, with the invoice showing the date, purchase price and reference of the jewelry.

Products returned in accordance with these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

Depending on your preference, they entitle you to:

  • An exchange for another product of your choice
  • The issuance of a voucher for the same amount

1. In our stores

We highly recommend that you visit one of our 50 stores (see store list) to make your exchange.

This solution allows for immediate and personalized processing, while avoiding shipping costs.

If the new model is more expensive, only the difference will need to be paid.

2. At our head office

If you choose to return the item by mail to the company headquarters, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, while VENIZI will cover the return shipping costs for the new item chosen.

If you prefer, you will receive a voucher of the same value, usable in store or on the website.
