The http://www.venizi.com/ commercial site (hereinafter “Venizi.com”) is an electronic business site accessible via the internet, open to any web user (hereinafter the “User”). It is published by Shopping International, SPRL, a limited liability company under Belgian law whose registered office is 138, Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, Brussels, Belgium, and VAT number is BE0459.033.494 (hereinafter “Shopping International”).
These terms only apply to consumers. The User who wants to buy on Venizi.com, states that he/she has full legal capacity. Any person without said capacity must not in any way shop on Venizi.com. Consulting Venizi.com and the services offered are then at the responsibility of his/her legal representative who must comply with the present provisions.
The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by the present terms of sale, and exclude any terms previously published on the site.
If a condition is held to be invalid, it will be deemed governed by usages current in the mail-order sales sector for companies registered in Belgium.

1– Order
The user may place an order on Venizi.com by selecting the items of his/her choice, that he/she then puts in his/her basket by clicking the appropriate button. He/she can then access the content of the basket at any time until the order is finally confirmed.
Shopping International undertakes to honour orders received on Venizi.com only within the limit of product stocks available. If items are out of stock, Shopping International may supply a similar item, with equivalent or superior features, at an equivalent price.
Shopping International reserves the right not to honour an order if it has good reason, as specified in regulations (such, for example, as a purchase by a business customer, dispute on a previous order, unusual request by the customer, etc.).

2 – Delivery
The user can choose delivery:
- either to his/her home or to the address of a third party that he/she expressly appoints at his/her sole responsibility,
- or to a “Point Kiala” of his/her choice (www.kiala.be)
Shopping International undertakes to deliver items ordered as quickly as possible. The average delivery time for items available is 3 to 7 days.
To collect parcels from delivery points, a current identity document is required. Which failing, products ordered cannot be handed over. A parcel is kept for 14 days at the Point Kiala and is then returned to us.
Any delivery problem (missing or damaged item) must be notified within 48 hours to + 32 (0) 2 647 04 91 for orders in Belgium and Luxembourg and to +33 (0) 1 00 00 00 00 for orders in France. The corresponding returned item must then reach Shopping International within 14 days from receipt, requesting an exchange or refund, in accordance with the terms in Article 6 of the present terms of sale.

3 – Payment
On confirmation of order, the purchaser is invited to choose one of the following secure means of payment:
-    with a Visa card or MasterCard: the purchaser is routed to the PayPal site and makes the payment by giving his/her card number and expiry date.
-    via PayPal: the purchaser gives his/her e-mail address and PayPal password.
In all instances, Shopping International reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the following cases:
-    existing dispute with the purchaser
-    total or partial non-payment for a previous order by the purchaser
-    refusal of payment authorisation by the card issuer or bank
-    non-payment or partial payment
-    use of a payment card not issued by a Belgian, French or Luxembourg financial establishment or not a member of a recognised international payment network.
Shopping International shall not in any way be deemed liable in the event of refusal for one or more of these reasons.

4 – Prices
Prices are stated in euros, include all taxes, and exclude a contribution to shipping costs and any COD charges.
The VAT included is the VAT current on the date of order.

Products remain the property of Shopping International until paid for in full.
Shopping International, in general, is bound by a duty of care. Shopping International will not in any way be held liable for any direct or indirect damage incurred by the user in relation to his/her use of Venizi.com and/or its content. Similarly, Shopping International is liable only for its own fraud or gross negligence. Shopping International is not liable for the fraud or gross negligence of its subcontractors or agents.

Shopping International will not in any way be held liable in any of the following cases:
- loss of business opportunity or income due to the operation or non-operation, or use or non-use of Venizi.com, or to content therein or that should be therein;
- unlawful or unauthorised intrusion by any third party into the web server;
- introduction of a computer virus into the web server or on the web site;
- temporary lack of bandwidth;
- interruption of the internet connection service for any reason beyond the control of Shopping International.

5– Return/exchange/warranty
If an item ordered is not suitable, Shopping International undertakes to exchange it or refund you, on condition that the item is in its original packaging and that the reasons for returning it are clearly stated on the document to be enclosed in the parcel. Handling and payment charges remain due even in the event of the complete parcel being returned.
All returns must be made within 14 days, either by taking the parcel to a Point Kiala (for which there is a charge of €3), or by sending the parcel postage paid to “Venizi – Retour produit, 138 avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 1050 Bruxelles” for Belgium and Luxembourg orders, or by sending the parcel postage paid to “Venizi – Retour produit, C.C. Okabe local B6, 57-77 Avenue Fontainebleau, 94270 Le Kremlin-Bicêtre” for France orders, stating in writing the reason for return.
The User should check the proof of return postage by the Post Office, or request a receipt at the Point Kiala.
Items that are damaged, soiled or already worn cannot be returned and will not under any circumstances be taken back or exchanged.
In the event of inappropriate returns, Shopping International reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.
Items benefitting from a warranty will only be taken back if accompanied by their warranty card. If the product cannot be replaced, Shopping International will issue a purchase voucher for the same value.
